Donna Bearden, MBA

As a founding Principal, Ms. Bearden conducts all product development, directs Joint Commission Pre-Survey programs, Education  Programs, Marketing and Strategic Planning Programs, the CareSafeTM Program and maintains corporate and project-based financial planning and budgeting.

Experience:

  • ASCP Registered Medical Technologist and Clinical Instructor within a 500- bed teaching hospital

  • Ten years of Product and Marketing Management Leadership for   national and international healthcare diagnostic, research, and      medical device corporations

  • Eighteen years as an Independent  Healthcare Consultant for        national and international hospitals, healthcare and medical device manufacturers, financial and  investment institutions.

Larry Noriega, PhD 

Dr. Noriega is a founding Principal of the Company. He is responsible for the direction and oversight of all consulting programs, and serves as lead consultant for most engagements. 

Experience:

  • Surgical RN background; practical and administrative

  • Educator  with publications; served on  editorial and review committee for healthcare publications

  • Fourteen years consulting experience expertise in the areas of clinical management, strategic planning and design, integration of clinical systems and services and application of administrative functions within healthcare organizations.
