Description of Single Event Mock Survey Process and Comparison with Other Surveys 

Spinnaker’s  single event mock survey is typically conducted over a 3 day period. Like the Joint Commission Survey, the number of days is determined by the scope of services offered at the institution.

Unlike other mock surveys, Spinnaker provides an additional day, after the survey is completed, where the Lead Consultant meets with the Process Improvement Team to:

• outline the basic findings contained in the Consultation Report

• work with the Team to develop an Implementation Plan.

Spinnaker continues to provide support to our client by providing unlimited, ONGOING contact with the Lead Consultant by phone, fax and e-mail until completion of the actual Joint Commission survey.
